This privacy policy explains how ai.doo ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website at aidoo.biz, our mobile applications available on the Google Play Store, and our products (including PIKA). We are trading as ai.doo and are subject to the Isle of Man Data Protection Act 2018 (which provides protections equivalent to the UK GDPR and EU GDPR).
We have designed our website and products with privacy in mind. We do not run analytics platforms, advertising trackers, or sign-up forms that collect personal data.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your

PIKA is a self-hosted document intelligence application. It is designed to run entirely within your own infrastructure. Data you enter into PIKA — including documents and queries — is processed on your own systems. ai.doo does not receive, store, or have access to that data.

Our Android applications may request permissions to access your device's storage (to select documents for processing) or camera. These permissions are used locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any data accessible via these permissions on our servers.
This website does not set any cookies. No tracking cookies, session cookies, or third-party cookies are used.
Server access logs are used solely for security monitoring and troubleshooting purposes. We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose log data to third parties, except where required by law.
